To get non-public GSAP plugins like CustomEase into your project using the ZIP download from the GSAP website, you just need to add the .tgz file from the npm-install-this directory in the ZIP to your project then install GSAP via that file. Then import GSAP and CustomEase into each file that you want to use it in. This is covered in more detail on the GSAP install page, especially the modules installation video.
