Need help on moving the glow around button

Hi,

 

Any idea on how i can move the glow around the button.There are 2 white glows.It should look like its moving.

You can approximate this look using CSS, canvas, or WebGL. Unfortunately creating the glow is completely unrelated to GSAP so we don't have the capacity to provide too much input.

 

Once you have something that is animatable feel free to ask questions if you're getting stuck on how to animate it and I'm happy to answer.
