Changing Duration of a repeated Timeline on the Fly

Hi,

 

i've got a rotation Tween.

I want to have two functions which can switch it between running fast ( duration 12s ) and slow ( duration 96s ).

 

When I click the fast and slow buttons alternately the animation gets slower and slower, and at some point it stops completely  

How to avoid this?

You're using an incorrect ease, but a linear ease looks fine to me.
