Blend Mode

Hello,

 

Is it possible to modify the BlendMode of plugins? For example, I'd like to set the blend mode to 'Overlay' when I am applying a GlowFilter.

Flash doesn't allow you to apply different blend modes to various filters - you apply blend modes to the DisplayObjects/MovieClips that have the filters applied to them. You could always create a duplicate object (or one that has the same shape at least) behind your "real" one and apply the blend mode and filter to that duplicate. Visually it would give you the look you're after.
