Having trouble animating along a path, any help would be appreciated!

Hi, so I'm new to all this, and I've been trying to play around a little bit, I've been trying to animate the circle, along the path in red, but can't seem to figure it out, any help would be appreciated, I just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
