SplitText

I wondered if it's possible to use SplitText to justify a paragraph of text, but increasing the font size of each line to fit the width.

You could try and set the CSS property clear:both; on those specific div tags that wrap the words.

In addition to what Jonathan said, SplitText has no features for auto-magically taking text you showed on the right and resizing it to the image on the left.
