Horizontally-locked Draggable blocking vertical scrolling in iOS

We're noticing an issue where a horizontally-scrollable Draggable is blocking vertical scrolling on iOS devices when the `type` is set to `scrollLeft`. See the attached reduced-test CodePen for an example.

 

Tested in:

 

• iOS 8.4
• iOS 9.3
• iOS 10.0

I think I figured out a workaround which you can preview here in the beta version of the upcoming Draggable release (uncompressed): https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/s.cdpn.io/16327/Draggable-latest-beta.js

 

Does that work better for you? Seems to fix the demo you provided.

Tested in the following:

 

iOS 8.4

- Vertical device scrolling works now. Horizontal swiping doesn’t.

 

iOS 9.3

- Horizontal swiping works still works.

- Vertical device scrolling works now.

 

iOS 10.0

- Horizontal swiping works still works.

- Vertical device scrolling works now.
