Having a bit of a time trying to do the following:
- Site has a hero region at the top of the page with it's own nav
- When scrolling down to a certain trigger fade in a separate sticky nav/header
- Once scrolling back up to a point on the hero region, fade sticky header out

Having a bit of a time trying to do the following:
- Site has a hero region at the top of the page with it's own nav
- When scrolling down to a certain trigger fade in a separate sticky nav/header
- Once scrolling back up to a point on the hero region, fade sticky header out
- Repeat ad nauseam while scrolling up and down
