But when the page is reloaded, the elements still appear briefly in their places and a jerk is obtained

I made a very simple animation of the button, but after reloading the page, the buttons stand still, then abruptly move to the specified position and the animation begins.
How to avoid this?
I posted some code on codepen, but it doesn't show this effect, so I attached a video.
