[Custom Ease not working across all team members]

hi there, im in a group project at school and am having issues getting custom ease to work on my computer when i pull from the repo, it works fine on my friends who set it up but refuses to work on anyone elses, heres the repo

hello there all, im trying to make a side scrolling site with animations but i cant get my start and end markers to respond to the horizontal scroll
