I think this provides a super good guide. Thanks for the ideas. I'm a bit stuck on how I can get the tip of the arrow rotating. So instead of having a square or circle, a complex path instead.

Right now, I'm creating multiple ads using GreenSock plugins. I might be getting the premium plugins, but I wondering if I would have to buy the ShockinglyGreen or the Bussiness to use these plugins. Besides that, do you know if these plugins are hosted on Google's CDNs and if they are taken into account in the ad unit payload?
