[Scroll image inside a mask with text beside]

Hi there, weeks ago I found here a post showing a partial image with title and abstract on the right, when the user scrolls the page, the image scrolls horizontally inside the mask until the right border ends. I thought I bookmarked it, but I dind't find it: hours on searching here on forums, on google... no results. I added a screenshot that shows its behaviour.

Even now that I forced overflow: hidden to main, hometop, place, it remains visible.

I started to use gsap, I'm a web designer, not a developer. Gsap is an awesome framework and I'd like to use it in my projects. 

 

I'm trying to apply various animations on a Wordpress template, but as you can see, a strange second scrollbar appearing on the inner div of the template and disappearing after the animation ends. I tried to force overflow-y: hidden but it doesn't work at all. 

 

Is there a way to hide it?
