[How to fix "Invalid 4th party call" error in Adwords?]

Hm, I'm not sure - we really try to keep these forums focused on GSAP-specific questions. It sounds like maybe this is something you should reach out to AdWords about. Have you tried that yet?

 

I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask but it's an HTML5 banner and I think the JS in this ad might need tweaking/fixing, which is why I posted here. I think it's a quick fix since a certain 4th party call needs to be removed. I just don't know how to do that.

 

I haven't reached out to Adwords as I thought it would be a quick fix and didn't want to wait like 4 days to get a response.

When I uploaded it to adwords, I got an error "Invalid 4th party call"

 

How can I fix this? Much appreciated and thank you in advance!
