[Animating a div parent (exclusive of child)]

Hello i have the same question but little difference .

 

 

<div class="colored-rectangle">

  <p>My Content</p>

</div>

 

Actually i want to rotate parent div  ( <div class="colored-rectangle"></div> ) and fixed the child div ( <p>My Content</p> ) .

 

Is it possible ? If possible please help me out
