Please gsap.registerPlugin(ScrollSmoother)

ERROR TypeError: Cannot read property 'utils' of undefined

I was face this error to run with SSR command so can u please guide me what can i do to resolve this error .

Is there anything we are missing here?  Please guide here to follow step as we have purchased business account and using it.
