Replicate a scrolling animation with cards expanding and shrinking with a very smooth and fluid effect

Hi everyone,

 

I need someone to replicate the scrolling animation like this page  https://k72.ca/en/work. We want the same as the reference, when scrolling the page the cards expand and shrink with a very smooth and fluid effect, something like a parallax effect.

 

The HTML implementation must be adapted for Elementor/WordPress, according to the markup on this page https://ware.nauweb.com/all-work/. We may change the HTML markup of the page as needed. We also accept a standalone demo to be delivered so that we can implement it later on our own (if it means less cost).

 

We are anticipating a cost of approximately $150 USD but we are open to other offers, which must guarantee the execution and quality of the service. We are also expecting a maximum delivery time of 15 days.

@marlonamacio   I don't know but your efforts and time estimate evaluation is quite close to mine.
Do you want the hamburger menu as well or just the hover effect like on the website shared.
