How to have multiple svg paths animation with start delay and different repeatDelay?

Hi folks,

 

I'm new to GreenSock and would like to have your help to do things in the right way.

I'm developing 2 or 3 paths animated, but when I add a delay parameter to the second SVG path the animation doesn't work...

The right way in my opinion would be to use the MotionPath Plugin.
