Scrollable Sections

Hello GSOCK,

Today i was trying to achieve an effect something similar to this awesome demo.

When i started using this in my project, the problem that arise was the content in these sections weren't scrollable. 
Now i have integrated new code in my project but now the problem is that the snapping of each sections takes time and snaps after a delay. I want the section to stack on top as soon as the user reaches the end of the section so that the UX is not hindered.

I have been trying to implement this functionality since morning but i'm not bale to wrap my head around this.

Hopefully that example is enough to get you going on the right direction. The key is the onToggle event.
