Nawroz
Hello everyone, As someone new to GSAP and animation, I am trying to implement this specific animation into my Nuxt.js project. However, I am encountering difficulties and would appreciate any help or guidance you can provide. Here are the dependencies I am currently working with: "nuxt": "^2.15.8" "vue": "^2.7.10" And here are the relevant devDependencies: "nuxt-gsap-module": "^1.7.3" I want to click on the hamburger the menu will open and the hamburger will change to the close button very smoothly same as clicking on the close button. I would like to know how I can successfully implement the menu animation in my Nuxt.js project using these dependencies. Any advice or assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! reference link: https://www.wilsoncreative.se/
GSAP Helper
It's pretty tough to troubleshoot without a minimal demo - the issue could be caused by CSS, markup, a third party library, your browser, an external script that's totally unrelated to GSAP, etc. Would you please provide a very simple CodePen or CodeSandbox that demonstrates the issue? Please don't include your whole project. Just some colored <div> elements and the GSAP code is best (avoid frameworks if possible). See if you can recreate the issue with as few dependancies as possible. If not, incrementally add code bit by bit until it breaks. Usually people solve their own issues during this process! If not, then at least we have a reduced test case which greatly increases your chances of getting a relevant answer. Here's a starter CodePen that loads all the plugins. Just click "fork" at the bottom right and make your minimal demo: See the Pen aYYOdN by GreenSock (@GreenSock) on CodePen If you're using something like React/Next/Vue/Nuxt or some other framework, you may find StackBlitz easier to use. We have a series of collections with different templates for you to get started on these different frameworks: React/Next/Vue/Nuxt. Once we see an isolated demo, we'll do our best to jump in and help with your GSAP-specific questions.
mvaneijgen
Hi @Nawroz welcome to the forum! Can you make a minimal demo showing the issue, we've starter templates on StackBlitz with a default setup of Nuxt with GSAP. I do have to say that "nuxt-gsap-module" is not something Greensock provides, but is some sort of wrapper someone has build to have some GSAP functions exposed as v- directives. So it could be that you have to ask https://github.com/ivodolenc/nuxt-gsap-module for support if you want to use that project.
Rodrigo
Hi, Here we have a starter template using GSAP and Nuxt2 directly, not with the GSAP module, that toggles a GSAP timeline: https://stackblitz.com/edit/nuxt-starter-xvx9ux Feel free to fork it in order to show the issue you're having. Happy Tweening!
