Hi @zeuscode and welcome to the GreenSock forums!

 

This seems more related to the way SplideJS is working and not GSAP, the GSAP part of it, although with an old syntax, is doing exactly what is supposed to do. Unfortunately we can't debug third party plugins as we have to focus on GSAP only.

 

If I was you I'd look into this examples and try to replicate them in a vertical fashion:
