Hello, how to create the same effect in ScrollTrigger?

You'd hook into ScrollTrigger's velocity and skew and translate the text based on the velocity.

 

We show how to get the velocity in this pen where we skew images:

Of course you'd need to add logic for wrapping the text if you want that to happen. Often times it's good to use GSAP's modifiers plugin and GSAP's wrap utility function to do that.
