Bigger mouse hover range

I would like to reach effect to SVG' circles run away from the mouse, I can do this when I mouseentrer over a circle. In normal HTML&CSS I can add wrapper/:before but in SVG there are too many items to do this manually... can GSAP help me with this issue?

Hey Artur and welcome to the GreenSock forums. GSAP can animate anything that you want to animate, so in that sense yes, GSAP can help greatly! With that being said GSAP doesn't write the logic for you, it's a tool that you use to create what you need. 

 

Are you want something like this? It uses jQuery and is not optimal but I'm trying to understand the effect you're going for. A minimal demo of yours would be very helpful.
