TranslateX for a path doesn't work

I have a path inside a svg element and I want to move it with translate.

 

var navbarBrand = $(".navbar-brand"),
        pathOne = $(navbarBrand).find("#path_1");

    TweenMax.from(pathOne, 2.26, {x:4, delay:1, repeat:-1});

 

TweenMax doesn't work.

Can anybody help me?

Like the guys said, its really difficult to trouble shoot this without seeing the SVG.

 

A quick experiment shows that things are working fine:

If you still have a problem please fork and edit that demo to show that something isn't working.
