CSS animations not working in Adobe Animate

Hello,

 

I am working with Adobe Animate and the green sock plugin and i am unable to get any type of css animations to work. JS animations using x, y, rotation, etc are working (with the exception of scale) but as soon as I add in a CSS specific animation, it ignores it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
