Hi,

 

I just started with GreenSock JS.

To make the blur on image, should I use EaselJS? or is there another way to blur image?

Yes, a canvas-based solution is the only thing I can think of. EaselJS should do just fine. There are probably others out there too although I haven't researched them extensively yet. Please do let us know what you find that works best.
