Received an email for 'Membership Renewal'

Are you still charging for a membership? I was pretty sure you made GSAP free (thank you). Just wondering if I need to delete my membership?

Hey Scott!

 

Yeah GSAP is 100% free now so just ignore that email. It's weird though because this is the first time since last April, that has been reported about this.

 

I looked in our admin area and I don't see anything in your profile regarding an auto renewal and all memberships were auto cancelled when GSAP went free and yours is cancelled as well. Also it doesn't really match with the normal dates for your past renewals.

 

Regardless that information, if you keep receiving these emails please let us know ASAP.
