Frontend Animator — GSAP + ScrollTrigger for Premium Supplement DTC

We need a frontend animation specialist to build scroll-based storytelling 
on a Shopify store (Prestige theme). Structure and sections are already 
built by our Shopify dev. You ship the cinematic layer.

 

This is NOT "add fade-in animations to a Shopify theme." This is 
Apple-product-page level scroll animation, adapted for conversion.

 

Required deliverables:
- Pinned hero section with scroll-driven narrative (Whoop / Apple AirPods 
  Pro reference)
- Scroll-synced image sequence for a "capsule exploded view" (30–60 frame 
  WebP sequence, scrubbed with ScrollTrigger)
- Layered parallax on hero product renders
- Smooth scroll behavior site-wide (Lenis or equivalent, mobile-safe)
- Staggered reveal system reusable across sections
- Number counter animations on social proof
- Dark-to-light section color transitions triggered on scroll

 

Technical requirements:
- GSAP + ScrollTrigger (required — no CSS-only fallbacks for the pinned 
  hero)
- Vanilla JS (no React layer on top of Shopify)
- Integrated into existing Shopify Liquid sections (not standalone pages)
- Mobile performance: Lighthouse mobile > 85 AFTER animations are added
- Lazy-load for heavy assets
- Reduced-motion media query respected

3. Your approach to keeping pinned sections performant on mobile

   or no — yes is preferred but no is OK if your demos are strong)
