Infinite scroll with scroll smoother and scroll trigger

Hello everyone, 
I'm trying to make a clone of this website: Velozão | Galeria de Carros JDM

Currently, I'm trying to make the infinite scroll and image scale down on scrolling but when it got to the end it got stuck, which I don't know why

I have created a stackblitz link here: Demo StackBlitz

 

It seems to work well on StackBlitz, but in my local, it doesn't.

Btw, if you guys know how to do the hover pixelate image, please let me know; I would appreciate it.

 

If anyone has run into something similar or has ideas on how to fix this, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
