Two animation required in my Reactjs Project

Hi Everyone,

Its a paid task, I need this on urgent bases probably till tomorrow, I want two animations in my Reactjs projject.
One is Blue Hero Banner that give waves effect and ripple wave effect on mouse interaction.

Second animation is 3D Text Slider example that change it text onscroll. I am rferening WHAT, HOW, WHERE section, Only need text slider animation.
