Hi 👋,

I'm developing a WordPress plugin called "Elementor Spline Animations", which allows users to embed and animate Spline 3D scenes using controls in Elementor. I’ve included GSAP in the plugin to handle scroll-triggered animations and timeline-based effects (in combination with other libraries like @splinetool/runtime and Lenis).

🔹 The plugin is not a GSAP builder, and GSAP is just one part of the animation logic—it's not the main feature.

🔹 My plan is to sell this plugin on: ThemeForest (Envato), Other marketplaces, And my own website.

I’ve read the GSAP Standard License and gone trough the forum regarding licensing topics, most of the forum topics show mixed responses & im still confused as want to clarify: "Do I need a commercial/Business Green license if GSAP is only used internally in the plugin code and not exposed as a toolset to end users?".

I'm committed to respecting GSAP's licensing terms and want to make sure I'm doing things properly before publishing the plugin commercially.

Hi @Digitalmitra. Thanks for checking!

Thanks to Webflow, GSAP is now FREE for everyone, including the bonus plugins. So there's no more Club GSAP.

I just sent you a private message with the answer to your licensing question. If anyone else has a similar question, please feel free to contact us.

Enjoy the tools, and good luck with your WordPress plugin! 👍
