Scroll Trigger that updates menu colors and animation for 3 sections on a page

We're looking for a GSAP profession to complete a section of our client's website.

 

As the user scrolls down the page, they will hit a 3 sections, each with their own background color, copy and animation.

 

The background determines the change to the copy color and the menu colors.

The animation will be triggered to play.

An explanation of requirements will be fully provided during an online meeting and review of the design templates.

 

Timing 2-4 weeks

Budget: scope to be provided after meeting with potential Freelancers
