scroll issue In the second section, during mobile scrolling, the title and three images are vibrating. How can I fix this?

If you're having scrolling issues you might want to look in to .normalizeScroll() https://gsap.com/docs/v3/Plugins/ScrollTrigger/static.normalizeScroll()/

 

Also it looks like you're rolling your own media queries in side GSAP tweens, highly recommend taking look at https://gsap.com/docs/v3/GSAP/gsap.matchMedia()/ it will do a lot of extra things for you which you otherwise have to do your self.
