Any reason why this animation jumping at the end?

That's primarily because of your transformOrigin - GSAP doesn't animate origin because that's typically the desired behavior. Also, I'd strongly recommend setting all transforms directly through GSAP rather than setting them only via CSS because it delivers the best performance and accuracy (it avoids ambiguities related to how the browser reports transforms with matrices). 

 

You could just set() the transformOrigin initially:

You also had an invalid parameter at the end of your gsap.from(..., "<0.2"). There's no such parameter. I assume you were confusing it with the position parameter that's in the timeline.from() method.
