ScrollTrigger.normalizeScroll scroll is clicking directly even when scrolling in anchor tag
see here i use ScrollTrigger.normalizeScroll in touch devices, so in touch devices when i horizontal scroll in header. its directly clicking on that anchor tag. And its little jaggering also in touch devices
