Help with Dynamic Opacity Animation

Hi, I am really new to GSAP and I I am looking to achieve something like this and I have been trying to find the solution and have tried everything. All I've managed to do is increase the opacity letter by letter.
If anyone could provide a detailed explanation or share a link to a tutorial that covers this type of animation, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!"
