hello im trying to create this simple hover animation just like the website ive linked below. Does anyone know how i can implement this ive uploaded a screenshot

Hi,

 

Normally we don't create custom demos for our users but this was a fun challenge, not too complicated and a good example of using advanced staggers for something simple:
