SVG line animation jitters on Safari using Stroke Dashoffset

My animation is working fine on Chrome but in Safari, it's a bit jittery. Any idea how I can fix this? I applied forced property, but still not working in Safari smoothly.

I'm afraid that this is likely just down to how (badly) safari handles filters ?

I don't have any advice, other than maybe removing the filter and seeing if that helps.
