Grow & Shrink effect on section hover

Hello GSAP community, 

I'm looking forward to create this type of interaction (see video attach) but in words:

The screen is divided in halfs, when cursor is over one half it grows up to 75% and the other half shrinks to 25% and viceversa. When cursor is out of the viewport, everything gets back to "normal" (50%/50%).
