Hi there,

 

I'm sorry, but the audio is incredibly bad on that video.

Please can you provide a clear explanation of the issue and a link to a minimal demo showing the code that is causing the problem. We can't debug live websites I'm afraid as we don't have a clear view of the code and there are too many moving parts to effectively narrow down the issue
