licencing of gsap plugins is required buy or not need clarification

Hello, I have one question that if a insurance company website uses gsap plugin for there product page do they required to buy license if they can only use free plugins.

Iif a website/app requires users to pay a fee for login in and using the features and products on the website, then yes the company has to buy a business license, since they are charging their users while using GSAP in their product. On top of that they get access to all the Club GreenSock bonus plugins so they can create awesome things in their site with the bonus tools.

 

On the other hand if the website doesn't charge users for navigating and using it their online product(s), then they can use GSAP without a license. Of course they don't had access to the bonus plugins.
