how to use scrolltrigger pin method on multiple div's

so in my codepen i have 3 sections i want to animate the  3rd section in such way that if section 2 fade out at that time section three will fade in and all the transitions will run on scroll but pin will not move. i am new here please help me.

Thanks for creating a demo. But sorry, I do not understand what is going wrong in your demo. Can you try to rephrase what the issue is? How should the demo you provided be different?

hey zachsaucler,Thanks for reverting back actually i am bit confuse i want to create some thing like this apple not same like that but basic animation like that, i want to create an animation where user will will scroll but the viewport will lock(pin).i know this is too confusing : (
