ScrollMagic not working

As the title says, I am not sure what is going on. Everything is still working in Timeline. I am trying to trigger the animation when I scroll down to a section.

ScrollMagic isn't a GreenSock product and we don't support it here so you may not get a response from other forum members. You're also more likely to get a response if your demo is as minimal and as related to the issue that you're asking about as possible.
