Keep First Panel Open & Make Open Panel Wider

I was wondering if you could someone had a solution to keep an initial panel open on page load.  Another request would be that the open panel is a bit wider.  Any help would be awesome.  I am doing the tutorials I promise!

What have you tried? Ultimately you need to fire the same function as the hover but on page load - just try to do that with code  

 

As for the width, that's switching out the calculations for ones that you'd prefer. 

 

We're here to help, not do it all for you  If you do run into issues, try to recreate it more minimally and post here for help if you'd like. I'm guessing that in making it more minimal you'd figure out how to do it yourself.
