Replicating www.barovier.com/it/ lighting and ripple effect

Legends, I need some guidance. Who can help me in the right direction?

I'd like to replicate the effect on the homepage of https://www.barovier.com/it/. The lighting and the ripple effect on the background image.

Any idea how this can be achieved?

They're using Pixi. Search around the forum for it. There are a bunch of topics on it.

 

I don't know exactly how that particular effect is done, but it's some kind of filter/shader.
