TextPlugin doesnt play with fabricjs Text object

Hello all,

 

I am trying to apply the TextPlugin to a simple fabricjs IText object and the console goes haywire with it not being able to call toUpperCase() on undefined. Any workarounds for this?

Sorry, TextPlugin is for DOM elements but fabric.js is a totally different beast (canvas). They're not compatible.
