Draggable top,left using percentage

I have a div that is draggable of type top,left.  This div is positioned using percentages prior to being dragged.  Once drag begins, the percent is converted to pixels, causing a brief jump.

 

Is it possible to pass a parameter to the draggable instance so that it always uses percentages?

As a workaround, I'm going to convert percentages to pixels before the drag begins in the onDrag method, and convert them back when the drag is finished.

 

If there were a parameter I could pass to the Draggable instance, it would clean things up and likely be more robust.
